Delivery & Order Cancellation (All Emirates)

We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE, Monday to Sunday, between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM (UAE time).

A minimum order value of AED 299 is required to place a delivery order.

Orders below AED 299 will incur a flat delivery charge of AED 25.

Orders placed on or before 01:00 PM (UAE time) are eligible for next-day delivery, subject to availability and delivery location.

Orders placed after 01:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Customers may cancel orders for next-day delivery up to 12:30 PM (UAE time) on the delivery day.

Cancellations after 12:30 PM may not be accepted due to product preparation and perishability.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed according to the payment method used.

Delivery schedules may vary between Emirates due to distance, traffic, weather, public holidays, or regulatory requirements.

Delivery charges, order thresholds, cut-off times, cancellation deadlines, and delivery hours may be updated from time to time and will be reflected on the website.
