At The Braai Boys Meat Trading LLC, food safety, Halal integrity, and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable.

We operate as a registered UAE meat trading and food processing company with licensed facilities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (Al Ain). We do not slaughter animals. All meat products are sourced exclusively from municipality-approved suppliers who hold valid Halal certification in accordance with UAE regulations.

All beef, lamb, and chicken products are 100% Halal

Meat is purchased only from approved Halal-certified suppliers

Full traceability and documentation is maintained for every batch

No pork or non-Halal products are stored, processed, or handled on our premises

Spices & Marinades

All spices, seasonings, and marinades are sourced from approved food-grade suppliers

Ingredients are free from alcohol, pork derivatives, and non-Halal additives

All formulations comply with UAE food safety and labelling regulations

Casings

Natural and/or collagen casings used are food-grade and Halal-compliant

Casings are sourced from approved suppliers and used solely for Halal products

Facility & Handling

Our warehouse and processing facility operate under the supervision of Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority

Strict hygiene, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures are followed at all times

Halal integrity is maintained throughout storage, processing, packing, and distribution

Cross-contamination is strictly prevented through controlled workflows and handling procedures

Regulatory Alignment

In line with UAE regulations, Halal certification is required at the point of slaughter and primary meat processing. As a meat trading and processing facility sourcing only pre-certified Halal products, a separate Halal certificate for our warehouse is not required, as confirmed by the relevant Food Control authority.
